右胸心

右胸心の心電図は、
右軸偏位
aVRとaVLが入れ替わった波形
V1からV6誘導に行くほどR波とS波が減高して、小さくなる。

ECG features of dextrocardia:
– Right axis deviation
– aVR: positive QRS complexes with upright P and T waves
– I: global negativity (inverted P wave, negative QRS, inverted T wave)
– Chest leads: absent R-wave progression (dominant S waves)
